By when should I RSVP?
Any time - starting now! And please, no later than May 15th, 2022. Thank you!
Also, please note that, because we postponed our wedding to a later date, all previous RSVP responses have been cleared.
Please make sure to send your RSVP for the June 25st, 2022 date!
What is the RSVP passphrase?
The passphrase is "popcorn".
Will guests be required to be vaccinated against COVID 19?
In order to ensure the health and safety of our family and friends, we ask that all guests please be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
We are following the CDC's guidelines regarding vaccination. See CDC guidelines.
If full vaccination isn’t an option for you, we ask that you consider getting tested 48-72 hours before attending our wedding. On your honor,
please help us keep our family and friends safe and healthy.
Do you have a gift registry?
For those so inclined, you can find our
registry here.
That said, we welcome you to attend without purchasing a gift! If you cannot attend, in lieu of a gift, we
encourage you to send a wish, a memory, or an update on how you are doing.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Guests may begin arriving at 3:15pm. We recommend that you arrive no later than 3:45pm to give you enough time to park, walk to the event lawn,
be greeted, and take your seats before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm.
Is there a dress code?
On the day of our wedding, we are going for dressy casual attire.
June in Oregon may bring rain or shine, so you can scroll up to
see the weather forecast in the area. Our ceremony and reception
will be held outdoors. If rain is in the forecast, we will hold
the ceremony under the covering of a tent.
Regarding footwear, there is a gravel pathway to the ceremony and reception
lawn, and we will be on grass most of the evening.
I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Yes, please make sure to include any food preferences with your RSVP.
Will there be a cash bar?
We will have an open bar serving beer and wine!
Is there parking readily available at the ceremony?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available. Parking will be a short
walk from the ceremony, on a groomed, gravel pathway. Parking
will be in a low-cut grass field behind the ceremony site.
Will the venue be accessible to those with physical limitations?
Yes! There will be an accessible restroom and the option of getting dropped off next to the event lawn. Please let us know what other ways we can plan to accommodate.
Will there be any transportation between the ceremony and hotels?
Yes! There will be a complimentary shuttle between the Century Hotel (see more) and our wedding venue! If you are interested in taking the shuttle,
please plan to be at the front of the Century Hotel by 3PM. The shuttle will also return guests to the Century Hotel after the wedding.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Yes! Go ahead and check out our information about hotels.
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely. Please let us know with your RSVP so that we can
get an idea as to how many little ones to expect!
